XM Radio is a special radio service with an online component that you can listen to at home on your computer, and an optional satellite radio service for use in the car. If you have a subscription for the XM Radio Online service, you can manually cancel your account at any time from your “My Account” page on the company’s website. However, if you have a XM Satellite Radio service, the only way to cancel your subscription is via a customer service representative.
