When creating email blasts, be sure that your readers are getting all of the information you want to relay to them, while showing that you value their time. One way to do this is to create a graphic email blast. The graphic blast is not “pushing” your information on the reader. Instead, it will allow him to read important nuggets of information as soon as he clicks on your message. He will then have the option of clicking on the graphic image if he wants to know more about your subject. When creating the flyer, you don’t have to put a lot of information on it, just a picture along with a short description and instructions to “Click Here” for more information. Click on “File” and “Save As” from the paint program menu to save the flyer as a .jpeg file. You can crop your image to make it smaller by clicking on “Image” and “Crop.” Note that if you are running Windows Vista, you can easily take a screenshot by clicking on your Windows “Start” button and performing a search for the"Snipping Tool." If you are satisfied with the test message, you can enter the email addresses for all of the individuals to whom you would like to send the message. Click “Send” to blast out the message. Writer Bio
