Deactivating and Reactivating Netflix on a Device
Log into Netflix from your computer and select your profile. Click your Profile image in the upper-right corner and select “Account” from the drop-down menu. This takes you to a page with your account information and recent streaming activity. Click on the “Manage Netflix ready devices and computers” link found about halfway down the account information page. Click on the “Deactivate” link on the far right side of each device listed. This stops the ability to stream movies on the device. Select the “Activate a Device” option. The page asks you to enter an activation code. Launch the Netflix application on your device. If asked, designate that you are a Netflix member. Follow any other instructions that come up on your screen. When you receive an activation code, enter the code on the Netflix web page on your computer. Your streaming connection is now reset and your device is ready to stream movies from Netflix.
